XPN Nutrition Affiliate Program
Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the XPN Nutrition Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. Definitions
• “XPN Nutrition”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to XPN Nutrition, operating at xpn-sa.co.za.
• “Affiliate” refers to any individual or business approved to participate in the Affiliate Program.
• “Affiliate Link” refers to the unique referral link provided to an Affiliate.
• “Affiliate Coupon” refers to a unique discount code issued to an Affiliate.
• “Commission” refers to the referral fee earned on qualifying purchases.
• “Customer” refers to a user who purchases products via an Affiliate Link or Affiliate Coupon.
2. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval
2.1 Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval at XPN Nutrition’s sole discretion.
2.2 We reserve the right to:
• Accept or reject any affiliate application without providing reasons
• Suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for breach of these Terms
2.3 Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes
3.1 Approved Affiliates will receive:
• A unique Affiliate Link
• A unique Affiliate Coupon Code (where applicable)
3.2 Customers using an Affiliate Coupon Code may receive a discount, e.g. 10%, 20%, etc. , which is subject to active promotions and exclusions.
3.3 Affiliate Coupons:
• May not be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated
• May be withdrawn or changed by XPN Nutrition at any time
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Affiliates earn commission on qualifying completed purchases tracked via:
• Affiliate Links, and/or
• Affiliate Coupon Codes
4.2 Commission rates:
• Are set by XPN Nutrition
• May vary by product or campaign
• May be amended at any time
4.3 Commission is calculated after discounts, excluding VAT, shipping, refunds, and chargebacks.
5. Commission Validation & Reversals
5.1 Commissions are only payable on:
• Completed orders
• Orders not refunded, cancelled, or disputed
5.2 XPN Nutrition reserves the right to:
• Reverse commissions on refunded or fraudulent orders
• Withhold commissions pending investigation
6. Payouts & Payment Method
6.1 Commissions are paid in South African Rand (ZAR) via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or store credit can also be requested.
6.2 Affiliates must provide valid South African bank details upon request.
6.3 Payouts:
• Are processed manually
• Are subject to a minimum payout threshold (as communicated by XPN Nutrition)
• Are typically processed on a monthly basis
6.4 XPN Nutrition does not pay commissions via PayPal, cryptocurrency, or cash. Unfortunately this may be stated due to the affiliate program’s api that we use, e.g. that we pay out via PayPal, but this is a temporary display issue which we are working to resolve.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
7.1 Promote XPN Nutrition honestly and ethically
7.2 Comply with all applicable South African laws, including:
• Consumer Protection Act
• Advertising standards
• POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
7.3 Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (e.g. “I earn commission from this link”).
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
• Misrepresent XPN Nutrition or its products
• Make false health or medical claims
• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing
• Bid on XPN Nutrition branded keywords in paid ads (unless approved)
• Use coupon websites or cashback platforms without written approval
• Self-refer or attempt to earn commission on their own purchases
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved XPN Nutrition branding and assets for promotional purposes only.
9.2 All intellectual property remains the property of XPN Nutrition.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
10.2 Upon termination:
• Affiliate Links and Coupons are deactivated
• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a breach
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
• XPN Nutrition shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Participation in the Affiliate Program is at the Affiliate’s own risk
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
13. Changes to Terms
XPN Nutrition reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
